This year the Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival has made giving back easier than ever, with our all-new, streamlined charity portal, supporting local charities is as easy as 1, 2, 3! If you are taking part in the Momentum Weekend Argus Knysna Cycle Tour, the Momentum Cape Times Knysna Forest Marathon, or the BIG5 Sport Challenge you can register to become a FundRacer here. If you have friends or family taking part in any of these races, we encourage you to show your support for them and the charities they are FundRacing for, all you need to do is click the race they are taking part in, click support a FundRacer, and find their name. As easy as that! Not the sporting type? That doesn’t mean you can’t give back. The charity portal also allows safe, secure, and direct donations to the charity of your choice.

With more than 100 lifestyle and sporting events spread over 10 days, the festival offers a diverse programme of sport, gourmet offerings and family activities and attracts more than 50 000 visitors to Knysna. The varied programme caters for all ages and interests. The BIG5 Sport Challenge is most certainly one of South Africa’s most scenic multi-disciplinary competitions that includes cycling, running, trail running, swimming and paddling. The Momentum Weekend Argus Knysna Cycle Tour presented by Rotary and Momentum Cape Times Knysna Forest Marathon and Half Marathon are two of the most popular events in the country and highlights on the cycle and running calendars.
