The Featherbed Company won the coveted oyster cooking competition first prize at the Pick n Pay Oyster & Wine Mardi Gras sponsored by Tabasco. Their Japanese-themed ‘Kimono Oyster’ with Maui onion salsa, gingered pineapple, cucumber and pansit seasoned with hondashi was the outright favourite for the judges.
