Locals will go head-to-head at the SASSI Fish Braai to compete for the “Best Fish Braaier in Knysna” title.

At the Pick n Pay Flavours of Knysna served with Tabasco®, local restaurants will compete for the “Best Dressed Oyster award”. With around 800 oysters being prepared onthe night, this is one evening  oyster lovers don’t want to miss! The “Best Dressed Stand” will also win a prize. In addition to the mouth-watering delicacies on offer – including a three-course Tabasco®-inspired tasting menu – entertainment, wine-tastings and a bar will add to the ambience and ensure everyone gets in the mood for this one-of-a-kind event!

Entrance into the venue is R20 per person, and children under 12 get in for free. This allows access to everything on the programme, with the exception of the Flavours of Knysna event.

Kilzers Kitchen will also be selling delicious seafood meals at the venue on the evening of Seafood Wednesday, but they will also cater for those less fond of seafood with a variety of different dishes; while Robberg Fisheries will have a seafood market-like stand where visitors can purchase fresh seafood produce, spices etc.
